SPINDLES / BOLTS
According to DIN 103 with tolerance 7H. Hexagonal shape in F-212 (9SMnPb28) or similar steel. Bronze 88/12 (Cu Sn 12) cylindrical shape. Bronze 88/12 (Cu Sn 12) cylindrical shape with flange. We have constant stock from TR 12×3 to TR 60×9. Other dimensions, shapes and materials can be produced on request.
NUTS
Cold rolled trapezoidal SPINDLES according to DIN 103 since TR 8×1, 50 to TR 100×12 stock right and left hand and single or multistarted. Tolerance for flank diameter (7e) and (4h) for external diameter. Standard material are C15 or similar, C45, inox AISI 304 (1.4301) and AISI 316 (1.4401). Any other dimension (till 12 mts) and material can be also produced. Special BOLTS are also produced on request.

- Cold rolled THREADS over any profil. TRAPEZOIDAL, METRIC, WITHWORTH, WORMS, ROUND, BALL SCREW over SOLID or TUBE BARS.
- From diameter 1 mm to 300 mm / Up to 12 mt long bars.
- Flank diameter precision till 0,01 mm.
- High resistance steel up to 200 kg/mm2.
- ROTO-FLO system SPLINES. KNURLING and BURNISHING.
